Petting zoos are magnets for children. Each of our pets (some of them rescued) bunnies, guineapigs, ducks, chickens, goats, even Bertha the turtle—all get hugs and smiles from two to ten year olds. We care for our pets and spend time playing with them so they will feel more comfortable with new friends. It’s important that we show everyone who goes inside the little petting zoo fence how to meet our pets and be kind and gentle.
